When I went searching for the Country Heat DVDs I was skeptical about ordering from this website because I had never heard of it. However, the shipping was fast and I love the DVDs! Would order from this website again (and probably will in the future).
As for the product, I’m used to doing other more intense beach body workouts (insanity max) and this is a nice change of pace. It isn’t as much impact but still raises the heart rate!

I'm excited about this video....I used to line dance about 20+ yrs. ago (OMG...that's a long time..haha).....I'm 76 & needed to get more exercise & I'm healthy so thought I'd try this line dancing....just got it today & put the video in & started doing the routine....I felt heavy & out of shape but I was able to last the entire 30 minutes & I was tired for awhile....the dance moves aren't difficult & she goes over them & she's easy to follow ....it was fun & I know when I've did the routine afew more times I will enjoy it even more.
My wife lives this. She likes to dance and this works that into a without quite well.
I only tried the first dvd so far. The steps are very easy to learn, and I felt it did the job of getting my heart rate up.
