Get an hour's results in 25 minutes a day! Trainer Shaun T gives you everything you need, nothing you don't. 25 minutes. 5 days a week. 100% results.
The only thing standing between you and the results you want is time. Shaun T experimented for the last year to design a program that delivers the same kind of results you'd expect from an hour-long program, in under 30 minutes. He's pulled out the rest to give you everything you need, nothing you don't. The result is focus T25—and the name implies the intent: If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes, and you do it 5 days a week, you will get results.

A quality beachbody product in perfect condition
Absolutely awesome, started doing workouts.
Love that it is 25 mins...hate that it is tough. I have to improve my fitness level slowly with this....50lbs overweight, but starting with low impact...diggin' deep and diggin' it.
I completed the first 10 weeks- whew what a trip with excellent results. Lost 22 lbs and 25 inches! (And yes, doing 50% modification) Shawn T is an inspiration and a motivator. This program definitely is easy to do in 25 minutes plus the cool down and is a life changer. Using the shakeology is an added plus! I just ordered gamma and the core speed to add after the second round of T25!
Shaun T's FOCUS T25 is even more insane than his Insanity workout, and thankfully, shorter! I really get my money's work with this one! But pay close attention to the health warning at the beginning. If you have issues with your neck, back, knees, or hips, consult your doctor first. Although he gives modified exercises to lesson joint impact, still know your limits. It's a hellified amount of jumping, kicking, and squating.
