I was originally going to start this video after my husband & I completed Tony Horton's P90X 30, although I became pregnant. With that being said, my husband has started it & he is seeing great results! It is hard even after he completed 90 days of P90X 30, so this video will take some dedication! He has not changed any eating habits & his abs are looking AMAZING!

Another Hit Series
Finished one cycle, and I loved the program. I've been through Insanity and P90X several times, prevoiusly, and I'm enjoying getting a good workout done in about a half hour each day. My observation is that the cardio is as good as the original Insanity series (just compressed), and that the resistance training (all body weight) is generally better than the original series. While I'd say the maxout time is a bit of a gimic, it does give you a good target to compete against yourself on. Doesn't guarantee a better workout, but it is motivating to beat your previous time(s). Would definitely recommend the series to others who are seeking an intense set of workouts.

Amazing as expected! Definitely more intense than original Insanity, but shorter length and less breaks so essentially in theory a more time-efficient workout. Great to bring when travelling for work - all you need is your body & energy, no equipment! I've been doing it in my hotel room every night. The most intense so far in month 1 is Friday Fight. Love love love Shaun T!

Good reminder to those who think that they are in shape, you aren't! I thought Inwould kill this work out; rather, it killed me. Fun, but hard. Gets easier as you continue the program. Not a beginner workout.

I was little afraid when I started but I love that its only 30 minutes and you have the option of having the modifier on the screen at all times. So if you're not able to do all the moves at the level that Shaun T may be performing them, it's okay, that's the purpose of the modifier option.

Awesome!! The hardest yet most rewarding workout you will ever do. Not for the faint of heart as it will push you to the limits but if you stick with it you WILL see results. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to get results and is willing to test their body and push it to its limit and beyond.

I really like this DVD set, I have done 4 weeks of the workout plan and it is hard, I mean really hard. I will edit the review when I finish the program to update on weight loss and inches lost. I also like that it has a recipe book included.

Hugh intensity short workouts, good for when you are short on time. I wouldn’t use this as an everyday workout but it is a good way to warmup and start sweating before I do any static lifts. Good workouts for a rest day as they are very short.

Stick with it and it works! I was at a plateau and this definitely broke it. Shaun T is very motivating. I usually get very irritated with instructors on videos, but not this one. 30 minutes goes by very quickly.

Excellent workout video! I could see results within the first two weeks. I was going the workout and adjusted my diet just a little. Quit cokes and fast food. Made a huge difference! Give it a shot, you can do it!

I love Shaun T. He is a great motivator and this workouts are awesome. I used them a lot before i got pregnant and my body was very toned. Now i started again, and i'm sure i will get great results. I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes, because I am a busy mom, working and raising 2 kids, but i can still burn a ton of calories

LOVE this workout! You can certainly find 30 mins to workout effectively! I own the original Insanity as well as P90X but this is my fav...works with my busy schedule and I like the choice of modifier track. I'm on a person quest to lose for my 50th bday and 2 weeks into this program I AN SEEING RESULTS! Motivating!

Great Workout
I've done Insanity several times and started becoming bored with the same exercises and found myself often pressed for time during the second month in which some workouts can be almost 90 minutes long. Max 30 brings new moves in shorter workouts, which made it appealing to me. I like Max 30 just as much as the original Insanity. The Tabata workouts bring more power moves that Insanity lacked. If there is anything I dislike about Max 30 is stretching does not occur during the workout, you must do that before hand.

Insanity Max 30 is a great product actually helped me get more endurance pushing myself so hard. Pros. Stronger push yourself to the limit only 30 minutes not included the cool down. CONS. You may and will experience back problem al least in the second month for me. As well as I didn't lose much weight but on the bright side I started to see abs form but I recommend insanity Max 30 before you do. The OG. INSANITY

Great workout. Not for those who are just starting to work out or have a lot of weight because this program did give me problem with my knees starting out because of my excess weight. One of best cardio workouts I have ever done. Being a p90x, Insanity, Insanity:asylum graduate, this program will drastically improve your cardio.

Another Great Beachbody Workout Program
Great workout in only 30 minutes. These are quite intense, so you should be in good shape before you start. If you are short on time and are looking for a good, quick, cardio workout, this is it. Hearing each person on the videos describe when they "maxed out" is a nice touch, as you don't feel like such a sap for having to take a break within a few minutes.

Still to this day the best workout regimen I have ever had. I am former beachbody coach and have done almost all of them. P90x might get you the best results, but for your money and time this is the way to go. t25 is good but not as good as this. Shaun T gets it right with this one! I work out every morning at 6:30 and always feel amazing after the sweat!

You have all the material there’s modifications if you need it but at the end of the day it’s : following through with what you started, CLEAN/HEALTHY eating (no not dieting it should be a lifestyle) and consistency!! I love this work out. It doesn't waste time, it gets right to the point. The set up DVD music is great also, as It makes you feel like you are about to perform your own rock concert. After doing this I have great endurance. These are tough but rewarding work outs. I really enjoy Shaun T's work

Love these work outs! They challenge you in so many ways, however, the idea of beating your own max out time is brilliant! Very motivating, high production quality and of course, for Shaun T lovers, he continues to refer to himself in the third person. These work outs are not for the faint of heart; don't even try them if you're planning on dogging any of them. If you want to do the system, plan on being all in all the way through! I usually supplement the work outs a couple days per week with longer duration mid intensity cardio and weights, seeing great results.

Perfect for my age and out of shape body
I am 36, I have lifted weights a few times a week for years but not much else. I got this to help lose some weight before a cruise. Changed my diet a bit and in 3 weeks I have lost about 12 pounds. The 1st week was very hard to make it through 2nd week wasn't bad now the 3rd week has been hard cause my legs are really sore. But I'm going to stick with it. I have 36 days to lose another 16 Lb's. After the 30 minute workout be sure and do the AB workout. It is only 10 minutes and worth it. Also I have little extra time and this being only 30 minutes works great for me. I have 4 kids ranged 6-12 and they even jump in and workout too.

Workouts rough, but worth it
After about a year of doing P90X and P90x3, we decided to change up to workouts since I had hit a plateau. I won't lie the first week of this was rough. I was sore all week and could only make it like 7 or 8 mins (which included the 2 to 3 minute warm up). The second week I improved to lasting about 11 minutes and now I am up to about 14 minutes and I am only 3 weeks in.The workouts themselves are pretty enjoyable and the time flies by. I enjoy the fact that there is a larger group of people on the screen doing the workouts along with me rather just 3 in P90x. It makes it feel more like going to class at a local gym than a DVD at home. I did however, learn the hard way that if there are any pre-existing shin/knee problems having a brace on or following the modifier track is a better idea since there is a good amount of bouncing and jumping.

Quick note for those considering this purchase: the ab attack and pulse are included on the discs, there are no separate discs if anyone was wondering as I was. Comes in a nice package that motivates just as much as the pictures. I look forward to sharing my progress!

Great Morning Workout on College Schedule
I purchased this with a friend so that I can get into shape before getting married this summer. I have never done a fitness DVD program before and was very hesitant to spend so much. With this being said, I am almost done with the second month of DVDs and it is an excellent investment. I was in moderate shape in December (gym occasionally, minimal junk food, etc.). Following this program and for the most part following the eating guidelines with it has already produced noticeable results.Each day is a tough workout based around how much effort you put in. Shaun constantly says that the more you put in, the better results you will get. As time has gone on, I've started to push myself more and more as I grow familiar with the workouts. I will most likely keep cycling through the DVD sets after finishing after giving myself a week off. If you're on the fence about this, I would recommend going for it.The only downside is that sometimes the exercises make me extremely sore, and not the good kind. This could be attributed to bad form on my part or occasionally landing off the padding; however, it is a lot of jumping and sometimes high impact.

Life changing. I lost over 20 pounds after gaining weight in college. It helped me get my diet on track (which was key to my success). They exercises are hard and the first day i could only go barley 1 minute without wanting to cry, puke, and give up. It you feel bad, take a break. You have reached your personal max. Make sure to recognize if you need to modify movements. For me i felt that i was loosing out on weight loss when i modified at first, but you are not. You are still working hard, but in a way that is more comfortable for your body or fitness level. Shaun T is a miracle worker and was the jump start to changing my life back around. I love working out now and it will take time, but you will too. The workouts are thirty minutes to forty minutes (forty minutes if you do the 10 minute abs that day as well).

This is a fun fast paced workout series. I workout a lot (fitness junkie here) and still found this quite challenging at times, but doable nonetheless. If you're a beginner, just work at your own pace.I purchased this early last year and still keep this series in rotation along with other high-impact programs. The cool down is pretty short, so I'd recommend doing some additional stretches afterwards. Sometimes, I just do a quick Pilates or yoga workout after for a deeper stretch.Pros:- Shorter workout time (thirty minutes after work and rush hour traffic is a lot more appealing than an hour).- If you're consistent with the workouts and eat well enough (I DO NOT use the shakes or any of the other supplements they promote) you should see some nice results.- Shaun T, is motivating as always.Cons:- Cool down could be a tad longer.
