such a nice and simple way of workout. I liked it shows both low impact and fast pace exercises. That helped me a lot. Some exercise i could do fast some low pace. Excellent workout! even after finishing workout my fitbit shows fat burn zone for long time.
I fell in love with this, but was pretty bummed out to realize that it wasn't the complete set. And then once I found the whole set I ended up getting this as a bonus. So I wasted my money. Lesson learned.
It is a great work out. I honestly thought I was ordering the original 21 day fix, so I am taking it 10 min at a time so I don't overdo it. Extreme is a good title for this workout.
