If you sit at a desk all day, then in traffic to get home - this is a great way to gently stretch out and move around. Personally - I don't utilize this as much once the weather is such that I can be outside moving around. For dark, cold winter days inside, it helps.
My knees and back love it. Very simple moves. I was bothered by overall stiffness especially after being sedentary when I was recovering from a meniscus injury. Once I learned the basic routine I could do this as I was watching other shows on TV.

This exercise DVD is a very gentle program that just about anyone who is mobile can do. The emphasis is on stretching for mobility. I have plantar fasciitis so exercise of any kind has been very painful. This I can do. In fact, the stretches and strengthening portion she does for the feet has helped my feet tremendously. It is a little hard for me to do just because I prefer much more of a "dance-style" workout (like Zumba) but this is so healthy for me that I'm trying to do it daily regardless.
