My friend recommended this for a new work out. You say work out and I am like no way. With this, it is different. You are learning new dance moves and not really knowing your working out. For some one who has not exercised in a while, this is a little challenging. The key is to do as much as you can and then take a break. Keep doing the same routine until you have it done. You can do this!!!
I am currently starting over on this workout today. Its a great purchase, the dances are easy to follow and you get a great workout.

Sorry. I didn't enjoy this at all. The break down steps are far too rushed. It would be helpful for those of us with no rhythm and 2 left feet to have steps sslllooowwwlllyyy broken down!
