I bought these for my husband for his birthday. We moved and no longer have access to a cheap gym, but after doing this workout, my husband and I felt like we didn't need a gym to get a good workout. My husband and I love to workout, but he works at a hard intensive labor job, and he doesn't want to work out for more than 30 minutes a day. This workout gives us the workout that fits within the 30 minutes and gives amazing results. I see the results physically on myself and on my husband. This is probably the best workout series I currently own!
I've been using t25 for about a month and a half now, it's great! I've always wanted to try it and the instructor really pushes you to keep going. When I first tried I thought "how am I supposed to keep at this?" But the more you do it and the harder you try, you'll see results. You get what you put in it. Technique really matters, so if you're tired and start doing the exercises sloppy, be careful that can hurt you. Do everything as best as you can, keeping everything tight and you'll be good. I honestly think it's worth it!
25 minutes a day, theres no excuse . It kicked my butt the 1st week, but on my 2nd Im a bit better and I feel good afterwards. Its alot more intense than I thought but with the modified alternate person for those you can't do is very helpful.
I'm on week three and so far so good! It definitely does what it says it does. Day ones wasn't easy but I'll say five minutes in and I was ready to quit but after about 15 I felt so good and I made it through the 25 minutes! I had to push myself to workout every day! The first week I measured myself then after my first week of working out I took my measurements and I lost 2 inches off my waist. Gained a half inch on my arm and suddenly I have rockhard cafes. It's been three weeks and I'm still pushing myself to keep going because I definitely don't want to work out every day but I do it anyways. I highly highly highly recommend this it actually works and it's transforming my body. My butt is slimming my thighs are more muscular and are shipping into what they should look like my abs you can start to see the V lines!
