Great Results and Less than 30 Minutes
I bought these for my husband for his birthday. We moved and no longer have access to a cheap gym, but after doing this workout, my husband and I felt like we didn't need a gym to get a good workout. My husband and I love to workout, but he works at a hard intensive labor job, and he doesn't want to work out for more than 30 minutes a day. This workout gives us the workout that fits within the 30 minutes and gives amazing results. I see the results physically on myself and on my husband. This is probably the best workout series I currently own!

I've been using t25 for about a month and a half now, it's great! I've always wanted to try it and the instructor really pushes you to keep going. When I first tried I thought "how am I supposed to keep at this?" But the more you do it and the harder you try, you'll see results. You get what you put in it. Technique really matters, so if you're tired and start doing the exercises sloppy, be careful that can hurt you. Do everything as best as you can, keeping everything tight and you'll be good. I honestly think it's worth it!

25 minutes, I have no excuse.
25 minutes a day, theres no excuse . It kicked my butt the 1st week, but on my 2nd Im a bit better and I feel good afterwards. Its alot more intense than I thought but with the modified alternate person for those you can't do is very helpful.

Hard work! But This rocks!!!
I'm on week three and so far so good! It definitely does what it says it does. Day ones wasn't easy but I'll say five minutes in and I was ready to quit but after about 15 I felt so good and I made it through the 25 minutes! I had to push myself to workout every day! The first week I measured myself then after my first week of working out I took my measurements and I lost 2 inches off my waist. Gained a half inch on my arm and suddenly I have rockhard cafes. It's been three weeks and I'm still pushing myself to keep going because I definitely don't want to work out every day but I do it anyways. I highly highly highly recommend this it actually works and it's transforming my body. My butt is slimming my thighs are more muscular and are shipping into what they should look like my abs you can start to see the V lines!

I'm on the 2nd set of DVDs and I'm very happy with the results. I feel better and the fact that it is only 25 min is the best thing out there. Its intense but I think anyone can do it since they have the low impact assistant as well. ITs a great buy and a good motivator to do better for yourself.DO it and the DVDs worked just fine!!

Although this workout is hard core it helped that there's a person doing the modified version. When I got tired it's easy to switch and still get the results I wanted. 4 weeks and down 25 lbs this fat girl starting out at 260 can do it so can you!

Works Great!
Absolutely amazing I didn’t change any eating habits besides add more water to my everyday diet and already seen a difference!!! I’m down two pants sizes and I’ve been doing this diet for a little over a month (the pics I posted was almost 3 weeks of doing the work out) the work outs are very intense but it’s 25 mins so yu can not beat it if you are serious about wanting to loose a few pounds I’d definitely recommend it!!! Work Out Time
I bought this as a gift to my wife and she loves it. We had P90X and she did not enjoy it as much. She said she is getting a much better work out in half the time. I would recommend this product for anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to drive to the gym and workout. The time it takes to drive to the gym and park, you can be done with your workout. Having kids, it just makes it easier to be able to get a great work out at home and save time.

Loving this workout!
This is an awesome workout and I'm so glad that I bought it! I was always someone who worked out regularly, but after becoming a mom, and going back to work full-time, it got harder to fit in workouts daily/consistently.I I'd run when I could, go the gym when I could, and/or do yoga. I had plateaued and needed something more consistent but not too lengthy. This is awesome! I can get up and do the workouts in the morning and I'm done for the day! After only the first week I am already seeing results in my core, AND have so much more energy! I love the program and that we do different workouts every day! I already bought the Gamma phase for after I complete Alpha/Beta, so I'm committed to T-25 and can't wait to see the results I get! :)

I loved doing insanity, but wanted to find something a little shorter so I could include it with my other workouts/runs. This is perfect! At only 25 minutes, there is no excuse to not get the workout in. It has the same intensity as insanity, and after just a couple of weeks, I'm already feeling my abs starting to get harder (just like when I did insanity!) There are many reviews that outline what the workouts are and what they are like, so I will not go into that aspect of the product. I will say, if you put the work in and follow the workouts, it will give you results. Don't let 25 minutes fool you, you'll be dripping sweat 10 minutes in! I love ShaunT!!

I've gotten DVD's before, and they've sometimes skipped or been scratched. These are all perfect! And all the extras that come with T-25 were there, nothing was missing. Very impressed.

Awesome!
When It arrived it was brand new in the package and on time. I'm a pretty active person and go to the gym here and there, and always for an hour. The first day of this program it kicked my butt!! I'm so sore but I'm still doing it. His instructions are very easy to understand and I love how there are beginner moves being demonstrated because I'm not at the higher level yet. It's just 25 min and I feel like I get a better workout then I do at the gym.

This is an awesome workout. I cannot do it daily in succession without pulling a muscle so I try for once every few days. It's an intense cardio workout that's 99% legs, so on the days you rest in between, you can do an arm workout or stretching. Yes, it's 25 minutes, but it's 25 minutes of things like jumpsquat burpies. No equipment required.

This thing is amazing. I have only done 2 workouts and I already feel the difference from working out in a gym for about 2 hours!! I’m 18 years old, 5’3” and weigh about 151. Two days ago, I started at around 155. 25 Minutes of this will give you a 2 hour workout at the gym, but in your own home! Thanks Shaun T.

Shaun T Doesn't Disappoint!
I love Shaun T's workouts. I always sweat and feel like I got a good workout. These are nice if you want to workout in under 30 minutes, but still feel like you got a good workout. I use them 5 days a week and can see the results with some minimal diet changes. You also don't have to be a bad ass to do the workouts. They have a 'modifier' working out as well. So if your knees or back are weak (or you're just not in that great of shape), you can do the modified workouts!

So far, I love this workout. I have not yet seen results because my schedule has prevented me from doing it daily as recommended, but it's the hard work I needed- especially the total body circuit. Some moves I follow the person doing the modified moves- harder to complete some of these on carpet, as some of the footwork is quick, but not too difficult to do. I will keep it up- and am eating much better after putting in this hard work.

Been using this for two weeks now and steadily losing half inches in the thighs! He does a LOT of lower body work on the Alpha level which is where I want to focus - that makes me happy. There is also work done on the upper half, but I wimp out a lot on that because I have little strength in my arms!! But I will keep working at it! I LOVE Shaun's attitude and presence throughout the video, seems like I know him! I can't wait to see what has changed on my body in 3 more weeks.

Low-impact, great jumpstart program.
Very effective workout. Make sure your body is ready for it though. My wife and I were basically dormant for several months prior to doing T25 and that made jumping into it very difficult. You will feel the burn! The real trick to losing weight on this program is the diet program. Be mindful of your calories and always get protein into your body shortly after the workout.The other massive benefit of this exercise is that it is only about 30 minutes long (including warmup/stretching). For people as busy as my wife and I, this brevity is a must.

Product arrived right on time. Im glad I can do this in the comfort of my own home and still get a great workout in, this is my favorite thing about it! It comes with a calendar and tells you what workout DVD to do for each day, which I consider super helpful. And in just a 25 minute workout session, I'm sweating more than when I spent an hour at the gym.

I didn't think these 25 minute workouts would be as hard as they are, but they are hard. If you've done other workouts it might not be as difficult but they have a wide range of difficulties and ways to adjust the workouts if you can't keep up. So anyone from not fit to very fit can get a good workout.

I'm currently 25 and while I've been thin/athletic most of my life, I had become less active and a little puffier than I would have liked. I am just about 6' and was 192 lbs when I started. I've been on the program for 2 months and I'm now around 178 lbs.I think that the workout is doable for most. I still can't get through the full 25 minutes in all of the Alpha sessions but I push it for as long as I can go and still get a good workout. The format is engaging and if you couple the work with some changes to your diet, you should reap the benefits.In my specific case, I began cutting down (not eliminating) my soda intake and increasing my intake of water, fruits and vegetables. I am now swimming in pants that I was about to donate.It was a great buy!

Need Determination for it to work
This work is not as intense as insanity but its a non-stop 25 minute work out. I personally like insanity better but if you are short on time I recommend T25. And just like all work out videos it doesn't work if you are not determined and focused on a goal. This one is good for some one that wants to stay in shape and not expecting sudden results. Just make sure you do the work outs as instructed at your own pace and keep your form. Good luck.

T25 results on modified version
At 5'1" and 198, and age 56, I am in desperate need of getting healthy and have my son's wedding in 2 months. I'm currently on week 15 following the modified version. I completed the first 10 weeks and thought I would move away from modified the second time around but found it still hurt my knees too much, so continuing on modified and boy is it a work-out. Concentrating more on form this time around. Sweat for a good half hour after I'm done. Have only lost 6 but lost 10 inches and feeling stronger every day. Trying harder with my diet. Have found my appetite has decreased and portion sizes are much smaller. Clothes fitting much better. I will continue with the modified version as you can still get results and continue exercising without injury.

T25 is a very tough work-out but the fact that it's only 25 minutes long makes it very realistic to accomplish! I love it! anyone can find time to do it! I would recommend for anyone who wants to get a work out but doesn't have much time to dedicate to it!

I love Shaun T! He is very motivational and gives you a tough, but do-able work out. I have his Hip Hop Abs series as well, this is tougher/higher intensity. I love that it's done in 25 minutes. I don't have time for long work outs right now, so I need something short that gets results.

Just what I wanted - Low Impact
With a bad hip, I was looking for a lower impact workout than Insanity or PO90X. T25 has one person you can follow during the workout for a low impact version. It's easy to follow and you can work your way up to make it a harder workout as you get better.

This is a really good intense workout
This is a really good intense workout. I am seven months out of a hip replacement and it is probably a little to much to expect to be able to do all of the steps, but I still get a good sweat on even opting to do simpler moves for the ones where my hip just won';t go. I like that it provides dietary suggestions as well. If you can stick with it you will get great results.

Awesome workout series
I love Shaun T. He gets me motivated, and I find myself hitting the "play" button everyday just for him. I like how they have beginning modification moves, because in the beginning I had to stick with those. Now that I've almost completed the alpha and beta series, I am in great shape. I get complimented all the time everywhere I go. This is the best thing ever invented for busy moms, because we do not have more than half hour to get our workout in. Thank you, Shaun T, for doing these videos. They are awesome, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

That was very cool, as when I decided I wanted it I didn't want to wait another day!Shaun T. is a great motivator, and he makes me laugh sometimes too. I am on Week 3 of the program and am modifying, but doing great and starting to really feel stronger and I am losing pounds and inches. I am a 51 year-old grandmother who is 60 lbs overweight and I travel a lot for my work. This is a great workout for a hotel room and a busy life. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it, you can!

I am three weeks into Alpha phase and have lost 13 pounds, about six inches and my clothes are fitting so much better. The workouts are challenging, but that is why one can get such great results doing such a short workout. Shaun T is motivating without being annoying and there is enough rotation amonsgt the weekly workouts to prevent boredom. I definitley recommend Focus T25!

This workout is the perfect amount of time.The only bummer is that I bought Insanity first (great workout as well).Insanity is insane and I will do it again after I am done with this workout.The Pros: time, build up to intensity level, (still) challenging, gives me energy to do other things - i.e. running, weight, etc. great for "use to be couch surfers"The Cons: the workout goes pretty fast, by the time you are really into it, it's over, hmm...but isn't that why I bought it?!Bottom line great workout and I will make time to do Insanity again in 11 weeks.Deliver was fantastic, arrived a day or two earlier than I expected. Yipeeeeeeeeeeee!
