Love that it is 25 mins...hate that it is tough. I have to improve my fitness level slowly with this....50lbs overweight, but starting with low impact...diggin' deep and diggin' it.

Shaun T's FOCUS T25 is even more insane than his Insanity workout, and thankfully, shorter! I really get my money's work with this one! But pay close attention to the health warning at the beginning. If you have issues with your neck, back, knees, or hips, consult your doctor first. Although he gives modified exercises to lesson joint impact, still know your limits. It's a hellified amount of jumping, kicking, and squating.
