Love, love this workout! I did Insanity so I was well aware the style and how hard it would be. This is the best for getting a wicked hard workout in and sweating buckets in only 30min. This is an incredible work out..There is a modified work out you can do if you can’t do the real work out..So a beginner can do it.By the time you’re done with this program you won’t be a beginner!
