My husband and I both absolutely love this!! It is a great workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home and had a calendar that you can follow along so it eases you in from the easy ones on up to being able to handle the tougher ones. The one downside is how much they try to advertise their clothes and nutrition shakes during the videos
There are a lot of exercise videos out there but I like this one because it can work all areas you need and it keeps you moving and motivated.
I have delicate knees and no longer desire to jump around like other high impact Beach Body products .
